I am a school improvement specialist who has spent 10 years in the classroom, 7 years in the principal’s chair and lots of time thinking about how we could do things better in schools. I always have an opinion, think a little bit different than most people but have found that if I can find the right words, I usually have a valuable angle. I think we often take too much time looking at the bottom line when all we really need to do is take care of the people in front of us and I believe that is when the true magic happens!
